4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The 399bd welcome bonus offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Similarly, if you deposit ৳22,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total will be ৳32,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement on bonus funds is 20 times, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 (৳1,000 × 20) must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Rules for Using Promotions
- Each bonus offer must be used within the specified validity period.
- The welcome bonus is available only once per account.
- After receiving a bonus, the original deposited amount may also not be withdrawable until the required minimum wagering quota has been met.
- When wagering with bonus funds, certain games or bet types may not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirements.
- In the event of fraudulent receipt or use of a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
5.4 VIP Program
The 399bd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Through regular play and betting activity, a user can gradually advance to higher tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP benefits are at the discretion of 399bd and may be changed at any time. Registered members will be notified as early as possible of any changes.
Gameplay & Betting Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on the 399bd platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. We use software from accredited game providers to ensure fair play. If the result of any game is found to be invalid due to a technical error, 399bd reserves the right to void that bet and refund the wagered amount.
6.2 Sports Betting
Once a bet in the sports betting section has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the event is postponed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled at least 12 hours before its scheduled start time, the full bet amount will be refunded. If the event is cancelled after it has begun, the bet will be settled based on the result of the completed portion.
6.3 Technical Issues
399bd is not responsible for a game session ending mid-play due to internet disconnection or device-related issues. However, if a game is left incomplete due to a server-side reason, the relevant bet amount will be refunded. Any technical complaints must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
User Code of Conduct
The following conduct is expected from every user on the 399bd platform:
- Opening an account with accurate and truthful information and keeping it up to date.
- Not transferring the account to any third party.
- Not using the platform with automated bots, crawlers, or any other scripts.
- Refraining from collusion (syndicate betting), money laundering, or any form of fraud.

If an account is permanently closed, any valid balance (where no bonus or restriction conditions apply) will be returned through the designated process.
